No extra guests or children are allowed while receiving services in the boutique.
LATE POLICY
Please communicate to your stylist if you're running behind. There is a 15 minute grace period. After 20 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and you will forfeit your deposit and/or be charged a cancellation fee. Your deposit will not be transferable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We value your time. We understand that emergencies happen. Please let us know in advance if you plan to cancel to avoid a cancellation fee of $50. All no call/no shows will forfeit deposit and/or be charged 30% of service fee and may no longer be able to make appointments. If you need to reschedule due to Covid-19 exposure, or you just aren't feeling well, please let us know as soon as possible.
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. We are an hair extension boutique. You are welcome to bring exterior extensions for an additional fee of $50.00..
DEPOSITS
A deposit must be made in order to confirm an appointment. All appointment deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
CONSULTATION
All extension services require a consultation prior to scheduling.
