Consultations

All extension services necessitate a consultation prior to scheduling your appointment. This allows us to assess your needs and ensure we provide the best possible service.

Late Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you find yourself running late, please communicate with your stylist as soon as possible. We offer a 15-minute grace period. However, if you arrive more than 20 minutes late, we will need to cancel your appointment, and you will forfeit your deposit and/or incur a cancellation fee. Please note that deposits are non-transferable.

Deposits and Refunds

To secure your appointment, a deposit is required. Please be aware that all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

All sales are final. As a specialized hair extension boutique, we take pride in the quality of our products and services. If you wish to bring in your own extensions, please note there is an additional fee of $50 for this service.

We value your time as much as ours. If you need to cancel your appointment, please inform us in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of $50. No call/no show instances will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and/or a charge of 30% of the total service fee. Additionally, clients with no call/no show incidents may be unable to book future appointments. If you need to reschedule due to Covid-19 exposure or if you are feeling unwell, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible.

Cancellations

To ensure a relaxing and focused environment, we kindly request that no extra guests or children accompany you while receiving services in the boutique. This policy allows our stylists to dedicate their full attention to your experience.
